Promotional video of the OVA Imawa no Kuni no Alice, on sale October 17

Today comes the announcement of the first animated adaptation of the manga Imawa no Kuni no Alice (Alice in Borderland) Haro Aso OVA format. The OVA will be achieved by the Volume 12 of the manga, on sale October 17.

The story centers on a high school girl named Alice and other students who are transported to an alternate world shattered. There, trapped, they will be forced to share in a deadly game of survival. 

The manga already inspired an animated ad that Production IG produced last year. Yoshihisa Kawahara gave voice to Alice, while Hidenori Takashi Karube did the same.
Aso was beginning to manga in Shonen Sunday Super in 2010, but during its publication became the Weekly Shonen Sunday. Shogakukan published the 10th volume collection last March.
